Woohoo!
Okay, I know today isn't weigh in day, but I don't have a scale, and the Y is closed on Monday for Memorial Day, so I had to weigh myself this AM when I was there. I've lost 3 lbs since Monday.
My goal this week is to drink more water- I know I'm terrible with that.

WAY TO GO CATHERINE!! You are doing fabulous. You have surpassed to average amount of weight loss of 2 pounds per week! I will adjust your ticker for you... AWESOME! I definately need to drink more water as well - I think in the long run it will make a huge difference in the weight loss! Have a great weekend, girl!
