Let me just add that 19 lbs is not my final goal. I'm just breaking things up into smaller chunks, because it's easier for me to stay motivated that way. I want to reach this 10% goal by the weighin before I go back to New York for my brothers wedding. That's 4 and a half weeks from now and if I stay focused (unlike how I started this week)I know I can do it.
Hey Lora, You're not alone with that one. The final number on my ticker is only half of my ultimate goal. But more than 100 lbs was too much for me to look at when I first started, and I wanted it to look like I was actually making progress. It looks like I'm about a third of the way there so far, and that makes me feel like I've accomplished something. But if I had that HUGE number posted, I'd feel like I had gotten nowhere, and I'd be out buying a pint of B&J right now. Cat
