WELCOME!!
I have started this blog/website for all those mommies that need a little extra encourgement for their post pregnancy weight loss. This website is really geared towards the Weight Watchers plan. In here we will be able to keep track of how everyone is doing, ask and give advice for others, discuss the points plan and what different foods are worth, admit when we've cheated and had great days...and be each others support team.
I think the easiest way to loose weight - is when you've got someone else to do it with and your own cheering squad on the sidelines!
Everyone is free to post on this site. Anything that you think would be helpfull to someone just starting...would be much appreciated! I know at some of the functions that I have been at lately I found that there is a lot of moms that are doing weight watchers right now... so why don't we just DO IT TOGETHER!!! Everyone is welcome!!
