Hey! What happened? I went away for a week and everybody disappeared. I totally went off of anything resembling a diet while I was gone. I haven't weighed in yet, but will start fresh on Monday.

Hey guys-
I'm still around- kind of. It's been a hard month on a lot of levels. I'm in NC because my mom was taking a turn for the worse. She passed away on Wednesday, the 20th, and that's only 16 days after a good friend of mine and her two daughters were killed in a car accident. I'm staying here for the funeral on Monday and finally flying home on Tuesday the 26th. I'm going to start over again the next Monday.
Sorry to be such a downer, but that's why I haven't been active. Even if I was up to dieting, I don't have access to a scale. Which I think might be a good thing right now....

Oh Cat - I am so, so sorry. I lost my mom a few years ago...if there's anything I can do, please let me know.
