THE COUNTDOWN STARTS!!




Have you had your last sweet tooth binges...cleaned out the closets...prepared some meal plans!! Just don't forget - we're in this together!! IT'S A TEAM EFFORT!! How's everybody doing?? Jennifer

    Well...I just bought some of my biggest weakness- ice cream! It'll be out of the house come Sunday night. I also pulled all of our low fat cookbooks out and am hoping to get some new idea from those for a meal plan, though I'll probably just start with the 10 day plan that is posted. But I will be hitting the Y both days this weekend, so hopefully my indulgence won't ruin me entirely.
    What's everone else doing before Monday?

    UGH - I totally binged this weekend. I had left over ingredients from the cake i made from Bunco the other night...you know choc. chips, carmel sauce, heath crunch - and threw it all on some vanilla ice cream... I am miserable now! It even makes me feel worse now - KNOWING - how many "points" I just ate. Ugh!! Anyways - Catherine..I don't know if you saw that you can still eat ice cream...even every night if you wanted to! As long as you have the daily left over points to do it with!! That is the cool thing about WW. If you haven't check out the link on the right for "point values" you should really spend some time there - and look at all the sweet stuff you can have and how little the points they are. I HAVE to have dessert every night so I planned on leaving myself 3 points at the end of the night to enable myself to have dessert. I just got back from San ANtonio - guess its time to start weading through the pantry. I am TRYING to get my husband to do it with me too - so I don't have to buy any JUNK at all!! Jennifer

    I'm with you on not having any junk at all- if it's there, I'll eat it. But I don't think Mike will be doing this with me. I'm going to have to tell him to keep his junk food at the office.
    I know I can have ice cream, but I'll probably scale back to sherbet, frozen yogurt, or at least light ice cream. This is the full fat stuff I have now.
